That’s why we are now offering a yearly dental membership plan— Shipley’s Dental Care – Dental Membership Plan – an easy, affordable way to access high-quality dental care without the hassle of traditional dental insurance.

Adult (14 & Older)
- $525 in full
or - $200 down & $32/month
Child (13 & Younger)
- $425 in full
or - $150 down & $27/month
Perio (Ongoing Periodontal Care)
- $640 in full
or - $250 down & $38/month

Membership Duration
Your membership fee is good for one year from the membership date*. Payment is due at the time of service for dental services not provided under this plan. This plan is not dental insurance and is not intended to replace dental or health insurance. You have the right to cancel your plan within the first 14 days, provided you have not used the plan. Once you use the plan, your fee is non refundable.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service for treatments not included in the plan.
Accepted forms of payment:
- Cash
- Check
- Personal credit card
- Financing (e.g., Cherry or CareCredit) may not be used to pay membership fees.
Important Notes
This plan is not dental insurance and does not replace dental or health insurance.
Regular exposure to fluoride is great for patients of all ages, but especially children with still developing teeth and oral hygiene habits. As part of your child’s routine checkups, we can apply a highly-concentrated fluoride gel to their enamel to strengthen it and quickly repair any areas of minor damage.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel within 14 days, only if you haven’t used the plan.
- Once used, the membership fee is non-refundable.
Renewal Terms
- Memberships auto-renew the day after your end date.
- To cancel, you must submit a written request at least 30 days before renewal:
- Accepted via email, mail, or in person
- Verbal cancellations are not accepted
Dental Plan Exclusions
- No discount on orthodontics, sleep apnea treatment, saliva testing, bleaching, or Botox
- No discount on lost dentures or other removable appliances
- Not valid with dental insurance; cannot be used as supplemental coverage
- No insurance claims filed under this plan
- Missed appointment fees are not eligible for discounts
- Full payment due at time of service; discounts do not apply if not paid in full
